My name is Danyl Marie Noelle a Web Developer with nine years of experience, proudly identifies as one of the women breaking barriers in coding. My journey with WordPress began in 2017, leading to a deep connection with the platform and its community. Through WordPress, I found not just a career but a purpose, crediting it for significant changes in my life. Now, I actively gives back by staying involved in the community, sharing my knowledge, and empowering others to embrace opportunities in tech.
I am actively involved in the WordPress community because I strongly believe in the value of volunteering and always encourage others to get involved, as it’s a rewarding experience that helps you grow, connect with amazing people, and be part of something meaningful. Outside of my work and community involvement, I enjoy spending quiet time with my cats, which keeps me grounded and balanced.

As a co-lead/organizer at WordCamp Iloilo 2023, I played a key role in helping the lead with planning and executing the event, collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure its success. Our responsibilities included venue selection, speaker recruitment, sponsor engagement, and attendee outreach.

Attending WordCamp Asia for the first time was thrilling, and volunteering made it even more fulfilling. I assisted at the contributor day registration desk. One of the duty is to helped distribute meals, ensuring everyone was catered to. These experiences not only enriched the event but also allowed me to connect with the WordPress community in a meaningful way.

Taking on a Lead role at both a regional and national level is something I’m truly proud of. I currently oversee the venue, design, and finance teams, and I handle coordination with WordPress Central—including contracts, payments, and compliance requirements.
